Planning the Ceremony and Reception Layout We will first select a venue for your special day and make all the necessary arrangements for a visual walk through and food tasting. We will then plan a layout of the room to utilize and maximize the space for all your guests. At this point we will select flower arrangements, table cloth colors, china settings, seating arrangements, invitations, menus, and wine selection if applicable. We will select a Ceremony location and make all necessary arrangements for a visual walk through along with guest seating and sound system requirements.

We will make all the arrangements for the dinner rehearsal including transportation for any out of town guests. At the rehearsal dinner we will go over all the details and steps for the Wedding day ceremony. At this point we will assure that everyone in the bridal party are on the same page and ready to go the next day. We will finalize with all your vendors and Wedding venue with timelines, load in & out, sound requirements, table layouts, floor plans, floral arrangements, lighting, and all the fine details. Let's dot our i's and cross our T's, together we will make an amazing team!

Our staff will arrive on site to both the ceremony & reception venues to begin all the setup and layout plans. As the new bride & groom along with the bridal party are getting ready to walk down the aisle, we are making final preps waiting for your guests to arrive to be seated. With the music playing, guests sitting, and your officiant in place ... Here comes the bride

While the Wedding Ceremony has begun, we are preparing your reception room for all your guests to arrive for this grand celebration! All arrangements will have been prepared and ready to go. We will have all the notes in hand that we have taken at the meetings. All your vendors will be in place ready to go on time!​

At the end of your reception your coordinator will deliver your Wedding Gifts to a destination of your choice along with any other items that you may have. We will instructed your guests any and all information for exiting the premises. If you have chosen our Grand Exit format we will have the DJ or Band arrange for all your guests to join you on the dance floor for a final farewell.

After the final farewell dance we will arrange for a limousine or other transportation to pick you and your new spouse up and send you on your way in style! At this point if you have selected our clean up services BCE will take charge of all the clean up including disinfecting for COVID-19 protection. We will arrange for all the rentals to be picked up and all trash is removed from the venue. We will leave it the same as we got it.
