Your picnic menu starts off with Crunchy Corn Chips and Fresh Made Pico De Gallo Salsa prepared that morning for the ultimate freshness. Once your group is ready for lunch, they can enjoy a mouthwatering BBQ prepared and cooked on-site by our BBQ Chef's. Your guests have options to choose from like our famous Chicken and Rib menu to our Tri-Tip and Hamburgers. All guests are able to visit the all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet as often as they like.


All of our food is prepared fresh daily from secret recipes that we have cherished for many years. Our famous barbeque is cooked over hard-wood fires for the finest flavor and tenderness. All of our handmade Barbeque sauces come from secret family recipes and are made from scratch that morning of your picnic. Our Chicken, Ribs, and Tri-Tip are smoked for 12 hours for that ultimate flavor and tenderness.

Our Picnic menu includes planning, delivery, set-up, teardown, BBQ grills, cooks, on-site preparations, clean-up, buffet-style food service, bio-degradable plates, napkins, heavy duty eating utensils, buffet table coverings (White Linen), Ice, and all the attention necessary for a successful event. Folding tables and buffet cover (tent) are included.

Our iced cold beverages are always ready for your guests upon arrival. Choose to have our hosted beverage stations complete with beverage servers or choose our self-serve drums located next to the buffet table. Our hosted beverage station comes complete with a red or white 10'x10' canopy, portable table bar, freshly made lemonade, ice tea, punch, waters jugs, regular soft drinks and diet soft drinks, and all the accessories for service. You can also choose to have beer and wine service for the adults at additional charge.


BCE provides all the necessary items for a complete hosted beverage service, Portable Table Bar, Plastic cups, Napkins, Ice, Ice Bins, Coolers, Openers, Towels, Scoops, Spoons, Linens, Tables, Trash Can, Tents, Staff attendant, Staff Assistant and all the attention for a successful summer picnic.


*Picnic Beverage Upgrades: You can upgrade your beverage station at an additional cost with Glassware, Custom Water Bottle Labels with your name or company logo, full service bar with adult alcohol beverages to include Beer and Wine (Domestic and/or Imported Beers) White & Red Wines.

To make things easy choose one of our pre-made carnival packages below. These packages have everything you need to entertain groups of all ages.


Any package can be customized to your groups needs and/or wishes. Options can be added to any package or theme picnic. Most items listed in the packages can be played on asphalt but as always grass is preferred. If games need to be played on asphalt or cement additional charges may apply do to the additional items to make it as safe as possible to be played on hard surfaces.
