to name a few is all set by our in-house design team
ready to answer all your questions and put your worries
at ease. Our goal is to become an extension of you
and your team. We bring our contracting and managing
experience to the table, acting as a liaison between
you and the vendors and suppliers needed to stage
your event.

How
We Do It
- Through
extensive research, site-inspections, experience
and upon approval reserve appropriate venue sites
and execute all contacts and contracts.
- Execute
all time lines with vendors, venues, transportation,
staffing, staging, florists, design teams, and catering.
- Design,
print, and distribute event invitations, programs,
schedules, name badges, menu cards, place cards,
name badges, escort cards, and thank-you notes.
- Menu
and Beverage selections, with arrangements for "taste
tests" prior to your event for approval.
- Arranging
all entertainment, headliners, sound requirements,
audio/visual, staging, lighting and rentals.
- Handle
all VIP arrangements including transportation, hotel
rooms, security, parking, and on-site assistance.
- Coordinate
all billing, invoices, contracts, during and after
the event.
