Portable
Fastfold Screens
We
carry portable screens from 60" wide to 100"
wide (about 5' to 8' respectively) and larger
fastfold screens up to 20' wide. A screen that
big is like having your own movie theater! The
tripod screens are best for smaller meetings
or events where space is at a premium and you
just want a professional display for your presentation.
They are easy to setup and strike and generally
very affordable. Large screen rentals are better
suited to big events like conferences and weddings
with more than 200 guests

If
you're not sure how big a screen you need, we
can help with that! Remember that you choose
a screen based on the size of the audience or
the size of the venue. For most smaller groups
(for example, sales meetings with 25 or fewer
attendees) a 6' screen is probably sufficient
but if you are planning an annual conference
with 350 guests in the general session you will
want a much bigger screen. The largest portable
tripod is 8' wide; after that you should consider
multiple screens or one larger fastfold screen.
Small, portable ez-up screen rentals are also
available.
Plasma
Screen Renals
For
conventions and trade shows nothing makes a
splash like a big, beautiful plasma monitor
rental. We carry common sizes including 42",
50" and 60" screen rentals. For an impressive
display consider a plasma wall, and if your
budget allows for it take a look at the cool
seamless video wall using multiple monitors.
It's a fantastic, blow-your-socks-off look!
We
also rent plasma monitors for private events,
too. If you have a wedding, rent a plasma for
the lobby or guestbook signing area, or put
several up around the room instead of a single
large projector. For sporting events, get the
game in HD -- it's fantastic! We handle delivery,
setup and teardown so you can just show up and
enjoy your day.
