Established in 1995, Bay City Events has become known as a leader in the design, planning, management and production of corporate special events along with special private functions.

Bay City Events is the Silicon Valley's only full service production company producing in house events such as Casino Parties, Corporate Picnics, and Sound/Lighting. While producing fabulous events in the Bay Area, projects have been designed and constructed from San Diego to South Lake Tahoe.

Manny Ramirez, President & CEO

Born and raised in the Great Silicon Valley, Manny brings his event planning talents to an all time high. After starting his own entertainment company in 1985 as a music concierge, his visions of event planning took him to new ventures where he started BayCityEvents.com. Producing large events is his specialty with much of his planning experience coming from producing sales meetings, conventions, trade shows, corporate picnics, and casino events. He is well versed in the management and operations of events both domestically and internationally, for as few as 5 and as many as 50,000 attendees. Manny has extensive experience in site selection, contract negotiation, transportation, registration, marketing, trade shows, corporate galas, communications, staff supervision, and on-site event coordination. His success is based on attention to detail and expertly guiding his clients through the process of planning an event.

Howard Henderson, Vice President & CFO

Howard's professionalism and event planning experience comes from years of being in the entertainment industry; starting as a musician in 1972. In the late 80's he had the pleasure of performing beside legendary guitarist Bruce Conte from Tower of Power. His involvement and expertise in the event industry since the early 80's brings his party designs to another level. Howard's clients are always amazed with his hi-energy persona and his out going character.

Pia Warfel, Sales Associate

Pia has been in the event industry since the summer of 2003. She started as a part-time team member learning the may facets of event planning, organizing, production and management. Now with over three years of full-time event coordination experience, she is a very detailed oriented organizer and strives in customer service. Her goals are clear cut, "the customer is number one, it's our job to make their vision's happen." when asked, what is the best part of your job?, "seeing the many smiles my clients extend to me the day of their event., this is what makes it all worth it." she has been a great addition to our team with many successful years ahead of her.
